นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

1. ข้อมูลที่แอปใช้ และเหตุผล

แอป ไม่มี ระบบโฆษณา ไม่มีเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรม (analytics) และไม่มีการติดตามตัวผู้ใช้

2. การประมวลผลในเครื่อง (On-device)

• OCR ใบเสร็จ: รูปภาพถูกประมวลผล ในเครื่องทั้งหมด (PaddleOCR / Tesseract / Google ML Kit แบบ on-device) รูปและข้อความที่อ่านได้ ไม่ถูกส่งออกไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ใด ๆ (เซิร์ฟเวอร์เดียวที่เรามีคือบริการตรวจสอบการคืนเงิน Expert บน Android ซึ่งรับเฉพาะโทเคนการซื้อ ไม่เกี่ยวกับรูปภาพ — ดูข้อ 4ก)
• ล็อกแอปด้วยไบโอเมตริก: ลายนิ้วมือ/ใบหน้า ตรวจสอบโดยระบบปฏิบัติการของเครื่องเท่านั้น แอปไม่เห็นและไม่เก็บข้อมูลไบโอเมตริก
• การแจ้งเตือน: เป็นการแจ้งเตือนในเครื่อง (local) ทั้งหมด ไม่มีการส่ง push จากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ และไม่มีการเก็บ push token

3. การบันทึกด้วยเสียง (สำคัญ)

เมื่อคุณใช้ฟีเจอร์บันทึกรายการด้วยเสียง เสียงพูดจะถูกส่งให้ บริการรู้จำเสียงของระบบปฏิบัติการ/อุปกรณ์ของคุณ (เช่น บริการของ Google บน Android หรือของ Apple บน iOS) เพื่อแปลงเสียงเป็นข้อความ การประมวลผลส่วนนี้อยู่ภายใต้นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ให้บริการนั้น ๆ แอปจะรับกลับมาเฉพาะ "ข้อความ" เท่านั้น และไม่ได้เก็บไฟล์เสียงไว้

4. Google Sign-In และการสำรองข้อมูลขึ้น Google Drive (เป็นทางเลือก ปิดไว้โดยปริยาย)

• ฟีเจอร์นี้ทำงานเฉพาะเมื่อคุณล็อกอินและเปิดใช้เอง
• ข้อมูลสำรองถูกอัปโหลดไปยัง โฟลเดอร์ส่วนตัวของแอป (appDataFolder) ใน Google Drive ของคุณเอง ซึ่งเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะแอปนี้ ผู้พัฒนาเข้าไม่ถึง
• คุณยกเลิกสิทธิ์ได้ทุกเมื่อที่ myaccount.google.com/permissions และลบไฟล์สำรองได้จากในแอป
• การส่งออกไฟล์ด้วยตนเอง (Manual Export) จะถูก เข้ารหัส ด้วยรหัสผ่านที่คุณตั้ง (PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 + AES-GCM)

4ก. การตรวจสอบการคืนเงิน Jodwise Expert (เฉพาะ Android)

• เมื่อคุณซื้อ Jodwise Expert (ปลดล็อกครั้งเดียว) บน Android แอปจะส่ง โทเคนการซื้อจาก Google Play ของคุณไปยังบริการตรวจสอบของเรา (Cloud Function) เพื่อยืนยันว่าการซื้อนั้น ยังไม่ถูกคืนเงิน/ยกเลิก เท่านั้น
• บริการส่งกลับมาเพียงสถานะ valid หรือ refunded — ไม่มี การส่งข้อมูลการเงิน ชื่อ อีเมล หรือข้อมูลส่วนตัวอื่น และบริการ ไม่จัดเก็บ ข้อมูลใด ๆ (ทำงานแบบ stateless เชื่อมต่อแบบเข้ารหัส HTTPS)
• ใช้เพื่อ เพิกถอนสิทธิ์ Expert หลังการคืนเงินจริง เท่านั้น ไม่ใช้เพื่อโฆษณาหรือวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรม
• บน iOS ไม่มี การส่งนี้ (ใช้กลไก StoreKit ในเครื่องแทน)

5. การเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล

• ข้อมูลอยู่ในเครื่องจนกว่าคุณจะลบ — รายการที่ลบจะอยู่ในถังขยะ (Recycle Bin) แล้วถูกล้างอัตโนมัติตามรอบเวลา
• ถอนการติดตั้งแอป = ลบข้อมูลในเครื่องทั้งหมด หากเคยสำรองขึ้น Drive ให้ลบไฟล์ใน Drive เพิ่ม
• เราไม่มีระบบบัญชีผู้ใช้บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา จึงไม่มีข้อมูลฝั่งผู้พัฒนาที่ต้องร้องขอให้ลบ การลบทั้งหมดทำได้เองตามขั้นตอนข้างต้น

6. เด็กและเยาวชน

แอปนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กโดยเจตนา

7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

หากมีการแก้ไข จะปรับ "วันที่มีผล" ด้านบนและประกาศผ่านหน้า Store / ในแอป

Privacy Policy

1. Data the app uses, and why

The app contains no ads, no analytics, and no user tracking.

2. On-device processing

• Receipt OCR: images are processed entirely on your device (PaddleOCR / Tesseract / on-device Google ML Kit). Images and recognized text are never uploaded to any server (our only server is the Android Expert refund check, which receives only the purchase token — never images — see §4a).
• Biometric app lock: fingerprint/face is verified by your operating system only; the app never sees or stores biometric data.
• Notifications: all reminders are local (on-device); there are no server push messages and no push tokens are collected.

3. Voice input (important)

When you use voice transactions, your speech is sent to your device's / operating system's speech-recognition service (e.g., Google on Android, Apple on iOS) to convert speech to text. That processing is governed by the respective provider's privacy policy. The app receives only the resulting text and does not retain audio.

4. Google Sign-In & Google Drive backup (optional, off by default)

• Works only when you sign in and enable it.
• Backups are uploaded to the app-private folder (appDataFolder) in your own Google Drive, accessible only to this app. The developer cannot access it.
• You can revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions and delete backups from within the app.
• Manual file export is encrypted with your chosen password (PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 + AES-GCM).

4a. Jodwise Expert purchase verification (Android only)

• When you buy Jodwise Expert (a one-time unlock) on Android, the app sends your Google Play purchase token to our verification service (a Cloud Function) for the sole purpose of confirming the purchase has not been refunded/voided.
• The service returns only a status — valid or refunded. No financial data, name, email, or other personal data is transmitted, and the service stores nothing (it is stateless and uses encrypted HTTPS in transit).
• It is used only to revoke Expert after a genuine refund — never for ads or analytics.
• On iOS this is not sent (refunds are handled on-device via StoreKit instead).

5. Retention & deletion

• Data stays on your device until you delete it — deleted items go to a Recycle Bin and are auto-purged on a schedule.
• Uninstalling the app deletes all on-device data. If you used Drive backup, also delete those files in Drive.
• We do not maintain user accounts on our servers, so there is no developer-held data to request deletion of; all deletion is performed by you via the steps above.

6. Children

This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and post notice via the Store / in-app.
